- To complete the application, you will first need to be admitted to WCC. You will use your Alabama.edu email and password to enter the ADN application.
- Review the Admission Requirements for the ADN program.
- For Fall 2025 Traditional (direct-entry) applicants, there will be two curriculum track options in the application: 1) Daytime, and 2) Evening/Weekend.
- Documents you will need to complete the electronic ADN application.
- Information about ATI TEAS® Exam with a sample score sheet can be found here.
- All Associate Degree of Nursing applications for Fall 2025 are due by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2025.
How to save your progress and revisit your application in Dynamic Forms:
- Save your progress – Click the “Save Progress” button at the bottom of the form to ensure your information is stored.
- Log Out (If Needed) – If you need to exit before completing the form, log out securely to protect your data.
- Return to Your Application – To resume your application, log back into forms.alabama.edu using your Alabama.edu email and password.
- Locate Your Saved Form – Navigate to your “My Forms Drafts” section, where you’ll find your saved application.
- Continue and Submit – Complete the remaining sections of your form, review your responses, and click “Submit Form” when finished.

- Review the Admission Requirements for the PN program.
- Ensure you have all the necessary documents ready to be uploaded as a PDF file to complete the electronic PN application.

- Take ATI TEAS® academic entrance test. Information about ATI TEAS® Exam can be found here.
- Complete at least 20 hours of verified observation time (10 hours in a long-term facility and 10 hours in an out-patient clinic).
- You will use your Alabama.edu email and password to enter the Physical Therapist Assistant application.
- You will need to upload the documents below as part of the application process:
- Proof of unconditional admittance to WCC
- Unofficial transcripts from each college you have previously attended, including WCC
- Documented completed observation hours
- ATI TEAS® test score report
- All Physical Therapist Assistant applications for Fall 2025 are due by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2025.
