Spring 2027 Medical Assisting Program Applications

Deadline: October 19, 2026 at 4:00 pm

Before you apply:

• To complete the application, you will first need to be admitted to Wallace Community College (WCC). Once you have an A#, you will use your Alabama.edu email and password to be able to begin the Medical Assisting program application.
• Review the Admission Requirements for the Medical Assisting program.
• Ensure you have all the necessary documents ready to be uploaded as a PDF file to complete the electronic MAT application.

How to save your progress and revisit your application in Dynamic Forms:

• Save your progress – Click the “Save Progress” button at the bottom of the form to ensure your information is stored.
• Log Out (If Needed) – If you need to exit before completing the form, log out securely to protect your data.
• Return to Your Application – To resume your application, log into forms.alabama.edu using your alabama.edu email and password.
• Locate Your Saved Form – Navigate to your “My Forms Drafts” section, where you’ll find your saved application.
• Continue and Submit – Complete the remaining sections of your form, review your responses, and click “Submit Form” when finished.
• If you do not click “Submit Form” at the end of the online application, your application will not be processed.

All Medical Assisting program applications for Spring 2027 are due by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026.

Spring 2027 Practical Nursing Traditional Application

Before you apply:

• Review the Admission Requirements for the PN program.
• Ensure you have all the necessary documents ready to be uploaded as a PDF file to complete the electronic PN application.
