Google IT Support Professionals are involved in troubleshooting and problem solving to help computers and networks run smoothly, while providing great customer service along the way. They staff help desks to answer users’ questions when something goes wrong, even if the solution is something as simple as telling the user to ensure the computer or peripheral system is plugged in or connected. They ensure systems operate without error and deploy equipment, peripherals, and software for employee use.
