Transcript Requests

Wallace Community College has partnered with Parchment to accept online transcript orders. Current students, former students and alumni are able to order their official transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed in hard copy, depending on the receiving institution or destination.

Current Student Transcript Request

Official transcripts are available through myWCC Experience. Current WCC students (active students and those enrolled for 12 or more months) will be able to conveniently order, send and track transcript orders directly through the myWCC Experience student portal.

Current student steps for ordering an official transcript:

  1. Log into your myWCC Experience 
  2. Select Student Landing Page card
  3. Select Student Records
  4. Select Order Official Transcript (follow on-screen directions)
  5. Select Begin Order and follow instructions on the screen.

Unofficial transcripts are available through myWCC Experience. In order to obtain an unofficial transcript, please select that option after selecting Student Records.

No WCC ID/email and password are required. This option is for former students who have not been enrolled for 12 or more months.
