Student Email Information

Start using your Office 365 account on May 19, 2014!!!

Wallace Community College student email service will be changing to Office 365. Office 365 has a set of powerful email, web, and collaboration tools that can help you work faster and gain skills for the workplace. Microsoft Office 365 has your favorite Office features online and allows you to create sophisticated reports and presentations, collaborate in real time with classmates, and share and edit documents from your phone, PC, or Mac.

IMPORTANT: You must backup your current emails BEFORE May 15. You can find "How-To" documents below. 

On or after May 19, you can access the new email system by clicking here ( ).
This will take you to the WCC/Microsoft Office 365 Information Page.
Username: Same as your current username (
(Off campus computers will get a popup box for login information.)
Password: Same password as your computer login (Initial password is date of birth in six (6) digit format MMDDYY)

Backup Current Email
The best way to backup current emails that you wish to keep is to forward to a personal email account.  If you don't have another email account, then print a copy for your records.
